Membership Guidelines
To apply for a membership, the applicant must perform the following steps:
- Meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in the our Membership Policy
- Obtain a referral from a current member of the Club
- Commit to upholding the integrity and values of the Club.
- Download and submit the membership form. Please fill out the PDF form and email it to info@flowercityclub.ca or submit it personally at a Club event.
Applications will be reviewed by the Club executive committee and approved members will receive a welcome orientation package.
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP RULES:
- Senior residents living within the City of Brampton or nearby areas are eligible to apply for membership.
- Membership requires the payment of an annual fee of $15.00 CAD per member, as determined by the Club and communicated with a 30-day notice period of any fee changes. For the purpose of membership, a husband and wife will be considered as two separate members.
- Membership is valid for one year, from January 1st to December 31st. Renewal of membership must be completed before the membership expiry date. No refunds will be issued for active memberships.
- Membership approval is subject to review by the Flower City Friends Club’s Board of Directors.
- Membership fees are to be paid exclusively through E-Transfer to INFO@FLOWERCITYCLUB.CA. Cash payments are not accepted.
