An informative and engaging information session was successfully conducted for the members of Flower City Friends Club in preparation for the upcoming Cancun, Mexico trip scheduled from February 2 to February 9, 2026.

The session was led by Deepak Shamnani, CEO of Onkar Travels, along with Ranju, the club’s dedicated tour consultant. Both speakers provided clear, detailed, and practical guidance to ensure that all trip participants felt confident and well-prepared for the journey.

During the session, members were thoroughly briefed on all key aspects of the trip, including air tickets, flight procedures, resort facilities, inclusions and exclusions, travel insurance, documentation, baggage guidelines, health considerations, and on-ground support in Cancun. A comprehensive question-and-answer segment followed, where every concern raised by the trip mates was addressed patiently and to their full satisfaction.

The session also highlighted the all-inclusive experience at the resort, designed especially with seniors’ comfort, entertainment, health, and relaxation in mind. Members appreciated the transparency and clarity with which the information was shared, reinforcing confidence in the planning and execution of the trip.
